Summa cum laude attorney with a master’s degree in corporate law (LL.M.) from the New York University, with 25 years of experience in international business, both in law firms and in-house in Mexico and NYC. She is recognized as a strategic consultant to identify and minimize legal risks in order to enhance the successful development of businesses for multinational companies. Claudia is an expert in translating businesses into contracts, especially when it comes to the development and operation of infrastructure, logistics and technology, debt and equity financing, and the start-up, operation and legal management of start-ups both on-line and off-line.
Since founding the firm in 2010, Claudia has been involved with the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Mexico and Latin America, advising start-ups interested in starting their businesses in Mexico. Claudia has been a mentor and has participated in acceleration processes for entrepreneurs in Mexico. Claudia is bilingual in Spanish and English, with advanced level of French.
Prior to founding the firm Claudia worked as an associate at Curtis Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle (NYC and Mexico offices), as an associate at Suayfeta Consulores, SC and as a contracts manager at Grupo Mexicano de Desarrollo, SAB.

Gustavo Maza

Attorney from the Escuela Libre de Derecho with a master’s degree in international banking and finance from The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, Tufts University and a master’s degree in technology entrepreneurship from the Maryland University. With over 25 years of experience in law firms and in-house in banking, his practice focuses on corporate finance, venture capital investments, banking regulation, financial services, securities, Fintech and cryptocurrency, new business structuring, implementation of equity and debt financings (in private and public markets), mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and joint ventures.
Prior to founding the firm, Gustavo worked as a central banking lawyer at Banco de Mexico, as a foreign lawyer at the New York office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP, as an associate at White & Case, S.C., and at Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A. (Citibanamex) first as Legal Director of Treasury, Securities Custody, Trustee and International Advisory and later as Director of the Trust Division.
